Test results are processed by our certified UK laboratory partner and shared only with you. We never sell your data, and we never share health information with advertisers or third parties.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@levlhealth.co.uk.

We offer a 30-day no-hassle returns policy on unopened supplements. Contact us and we'll arrange the return.

Used test kits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but if there's an issue with your kit or results, contact us and we'll make it right.

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £40. Orders under £40 incur a £2.99 delivery charge. All orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
